For work I was lucky to visit Asunción for two weeks and so I had the opportunity to meet the humid Chaco of Paraguay, during a whole morning touring its roads and watching its birds. A wonderful place that I had no privilege to hear about before this trip. The landscape that one finds in its riverside jungle and its forest islands is wonderful, its variety of palm trees, the yellow lapachos in bloom, everything makes it a unique moment to spot the birds of the place.
