I had the great pleasure of knowing the Paraguayan Chaco, we walked through isolated areas of difficult access, from the flooded plains to the dry sands of the Médanos del Chaco National Park. Our trip had the objective of finding interactions of symbiosis between caterpillars of butterflies and ants, a project funded by the National Geographic Society. Surely our trip was successful thanks to the help of our guide Oscar Rodriguez, a great connoisseur of Paraguayan nature and culture. Oscar guided us with security, punctuality and kindness.
